1600 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the 1600 platform, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring your registration details remain accurate at all times.

  • Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are not allowed.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you are aware of it.

  • Disclosing, selling, or transferring account access to another party.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice and without any right to a refund of the remaining account balance where the violation involves fraud or illegal activity.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All financial transactions on the 1600 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX (online banking) and Touch 'n Go e-Wallet.

  • Deposit: Successfully processed deposits cannot be cancelled. Account balances are updated once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the platform account. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
  • Processing time: Deposits are typically processed within minutes. Withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
  • Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change without prior notice.
  • 1600 is not liable for losses resulting from delays or failures in third-party systems, including bank or payment provider failures.

Users are responsible for ensuring all payment information provided is accurate. Failed transactions resulting from incorrect information will not be automatically refunded without proper investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The 1600 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, the platform makes no guarantee that:

  • The platform will operate without interruption, errors, or technical faults at all times.
  • Content or information on the platform is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
  • The platform is free from viruses or other malicious components.

Under no circumstances shall 1600's aggregate liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated profits.

6. Suspension, Account Closure & Intellectual Property

1600 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

  • The user has violated any provision of these terms.
  • There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
  • Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
  • The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For account closures not involving fraud, any remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable administrative fee deductions.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 1600 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

1600 may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. The inclusion of such links does not imply that the platform endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
